Examples of use that do not need permission:
- Including the Hori Systems logo on product pages to say “we support Hori Systems” (like for hosting).
- Use of the trademark “Hori Systems”, “horisystems™”, “currensees®”, “cryptodatapi®”, “Footy API®”, “fxdatapi®”, “ohmmovers®”, “iphives®” and “verisignify®” in book titles.
Examples of use that do need permission:
- Selling merchandise (stickers, t-shirts, mugs, etc).
- Use of the Hori Systems logo on a book cover.

Examples of use that do need permission:
